No. We regularly hire entry‑level team members for our ground crew and provide paid training. If you have a strong work ethic, can follow safety instructions, and like working outdoors, we’re interested in talking with you.
Most crews work full‑time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during busy seasons. Start and end times can vary by job and season, but we communicate schedules clearly in advance.
We provide as much year‑round work as possible. While tree care is busier in certain months, we plan ahead so that dependable team members have steady hours.
You must be able to work safely outdoors in different weather conditions, lift at least 50 lbs, and follow safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred and required for certain roles.
